Madison K. Benedict Associate

Madison focuses her practice on the commercial real estate aspects of renewable energy projects. She has experience assisting developers, tax equity investors, financial institutions, sellers, and purchasers of wind and solar projects varying in size from 100 – 500 MWs.

Madison helps clients navigate the project development process by assisting with site control procurement and diligence. She supports clients’ renewable energy project goals by negotiating project transaction documents; leading title, survey, and other due diligence review; analyzing and curing title-related issues; and drafting and negotiating leases, easements, crossing consents, and other real property documents.

Madison also has experience representing sellers, purchasers, developers, tenants, and landlords on various types of real estate projects, including the development, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office, retail, hotel, and multifamily projects.
