Olga represents employers throughout the country in a range of industries, including retail, healthcare, and banking and finance. Olga defends employers in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings against employment-related claims, including wage and hour class, collective and representative actions and class and individual discrimination, retaliation, and harassment suits.
She has experience in representing employers in investigations and litigation brought by federal and state agencies, including in class actions. Olga also regularly provides advice and counsel to employers on human resources issues, including hiring and onboarding, policies, discipline, discharge, and employment and severance contracts.
Olga also specializes in counseling clients on the use of criminal conviction history in hiring and employment decisions, including navigating state and municipal nuances for multi-jurisdictional employers.
