Robert practices in the area of general real estate law, with a concentration in commercial real estate transactions, commercial development, zoning and land use, financing, commercial lending transactions, and office, industrial and retail lease negotiations.
He has represented owners, sellers, buyers and developers in a variety of HUD related refinancing and restructuring transactions. He has represented developers, lenders, retail companies, landlords and tenants in many aspects of real estate financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition and development. His experience includes negotiating and completing numerous real estate acquisitions and sales, real estate development projects and leasing transactions.
As an undergraduate at Edinboro University, he was a member of the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity, Kappa Beta Chapter.
