Amanda represents lenders, sponsors and borrowers in various finance transactions. Before joining McGuireWoods, she served as an intern at the Mecklenburg County courthouse in North Carolina and as a legal tax intern to a national telecommunications company. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the private sector working with security interests and finance.

As a law student, she served as a board member for the University of North Carolina School of Law Pro Bono Program, was a staff member for the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology and was a member of the Invitational Negotiation Moot Court Team.
