Ben focuses his practice on antitrust litigation and complex commercial litigation. Before joining McGuireWoods, Ben served as a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ben obtained his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Team and a student attorney with the Federal Civil Rights Clinic.Ben was the recipient of Rickert Awards for Excellence in both Academic Achievement and Advocacy, as well the Lisnek Award for Excellence and Ethics in Trial Advocacy.
