Rebecca has more than 25 years of experience in corporate lending transactions, including syndicated lending and tax-exempt financing. Her experience includes investment grade and leveraged syndicated facilities, including multi-currency facilities, letter of credit and credit enhancement facilities, acquisition financings and ESOP financings.
She has led transactions involving borrowers in many different industries with collateral of many types, including securitized contract rights, government contracts, capital campaign pledge receipts, real estate and off-shore collateral. Rebecca also has extensive experience representing trustees and escrow agents in various structures including convertible debentures, senior subordinated notes, master trust indentures and complex conduit financings.

- Counsel to Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for $40MM Senior Secured Term Loan Facility for privately-held systems engineering company in government contracting sector.
- Counsel to Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for $1.5B Senior Secured Revolving Credit and Term Loan Facility for publicly traded international infrastructure contracting company.
- Counsel to Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for $2.5B Senior Credit Facility for publicly traded, investment grade retailer.
- Counsel to Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for $1.6B Revolving Credit Facility, $400MM domestic term loan and $50MM Singapore term loan for publicly-traded international fuel supplier.
- Counsel to Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for $125MM Revolving Credit Facility with borrowing base including foreign collateral for privately held company.
