Jared represents financial industry clients in state and federal courts around the country, in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Jared’s practice focuses on complex and class action lawsuits involving major financial institutions. He regularly represents financial industry clients in class actions, matters involving vehicle finance, consumer protection claims, mortgage lending and servicing, credit card processing services, and mortgage lending and servicing. Jared also has experience in general commercial litigation, including commercial contract, tort, and statutory claims, intellectual property disputes, employment disputes, and unfair business practices claims.
During law school, Jared served as served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
