Kevin’s practice focuses on financial litigation. He assists individual and corporate clients in a variety of complex commercial and financial services litigation matters in various federal and state courts. Kevin also has experience leading internal investigations, assisting companies with responding to information requests from government agencies, and handling government contract disputes.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Catherine C. Eagles, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina. While attending the University of North Carolina School of Law, he also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Linda Stephens, North Carolina Court of Appeals. During law school, Kevin served as North Carolina Issue Editor for the North Carolina Law Review and was selected to the Order of the Coif.
