Dylan Frick is an assistant vice president on McGuireWoods Consulting’s North Carolina government relations team, based in Raleigh. With more than a decade of experience in state and local politics throughout the Tar Heel State, he provides a valuable set of relationships and perspectives to clients.
Before joining McGuireWoods Consulting, Dylan served in the General Assembly as an aide to former members Senator Bill Purcell, Senator Gene McLaurin, and Representative Scott Brewer. While in the legislature, Dylan worked closely on landmark legislation affecting public safety, local government, economic development, broadband infrastructure, and environmental disasters.
Dylan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2017 with a BA in Political Science, and in 2019 he received a MA in Political Management and Legislative Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is a native of Stanly County and currently resides in Apex, North Carolina with his girlfriend and two dogs.
