Sofia Guerra is a research associate on McGuireWoods Consulting’s federal public affairs team. She assists with tracking and investigating federal policies and regulatory developments.
Most recently, Sofia was an intern in the White House Office of Vice President Kamala Harris, serving in the Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs. Before that, she served as a policy analyst in the Texas Senate and legislative assistant at a consulting firm in Washington, D.C.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, she holds a B.A. in government and B.S. in political communications.
Sofia is passionate about public policy analysis and development, and in her free time enjoys yoga, hiking, and live music.
