Anna is a civil litigator focusing her practice on financial services litigation. She handles a portfolio of over 40 active litigation matters, working with local counsel in numerous states in federal and state court and at both the trial and appellate level.
In these cases, Anna represents financial institutions in a wide range of litigation matters including defending claims brought under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Truth-in-Lending Act, the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as issues involving residential loan workouts, servicing, and foreclosures. Anna also has experience handling complex civil litigation, contract disputes, insurance defense, and appellate law.
Anna is very active in the community through various pro bono activities including assisting Veterans to obtain benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
While earning her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, Anna was a member of the moot court national team and the moot court family law team. She was also a member of the Order of Barristers.
