Ellen V. Hubbard Associate

Ellen represents public and private companies and individuals in complex litigation and government investigations.

Ellen is a member of the firm’s Government Investigations & White Collar Litigation Department, which Law360 named as a White Collar Practice Group of the Year. She performs confidential internal investigations and addresses complex legal issues clients face in government and internal investigations.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Ellen clerked for Senior United States District Judge Henry E. Hudson of the Eastern District of Virginia and Richmond Circuit Court Judge Beverly W. Snukals. As a clerk at both the state and federal levels, Ellen has experience across all areas of litigation, including contractual, constitutional, and products liability claims as well as criminal matters.    

During law school, Ellen served as an articles editor on the Bill of Rights Journal and a committee chair for the International Law Society.
