Represented plaintiff Allergan in Hatch-Waxman litigation against four separate generic drug manufacturers regarding their Abbreviated New Drug Applications seeking to market generic versions of Allergan’s glaucoma drug, LUMIGAN 0.01%. Allergan Inc. v. Sandoz Inc., et al. (E.D. Tex.)

Represented a medical device client in a patent infringement action relating to bone fixation devices. Biomedical Enterprises Inc. v. Wright Medical Inc. and Solana Surgical LLC (W.D. Tex.)

Represented a multinational pharmaceutical and diagnostics company as plaintiff in four separate Hatch-Waxman patent litigations pertaining to its drug used in the treatment of metastatic colorectal and breast cancer. Achieved a favorable settlement for the client. (D. N.J.)

Represented registrant car manufacturer in a Trademark Trial and Appeal Board action. Case resolved on summary judgment in favor of car manufacturer.
