Represented Gilead Sciences Inc. in patent litigation concerning its hepatitis C treatments SOVALDI and HARVONI. Gilead Sciences Inc. v. AbbVie (D. Del.); Gilead Sciences Inc. v. Merck Inc. (N.D. Calif.)

Represented plaintiff Allergan in Hatch-Waxman litigation against four separate generic drug manufacturers regarding their Abbreviated New Drug Applications seeking to market generic versions of Allergan’s glaucoma drug, LUMIGAN 0.01%. Allergan Inc. v. Sandoz Inc., et al. (E.D. Tex.)

Represented a medical device client in a patent infringement action relating to bone fixation devices. Biomedical Enterprises Inc. v. Wright Medical Inc. and Solana Surgical LLC (W.D. Tex.)

Represented a multinational pharmaceutical and diagnostics company as plaintiff in four separate Hatch-Waxman patent litigations pertaining to its drug used in the treatment of metastatic colorectal and breast cancer. Achieved a favorable settlement for the client. (D. N.J.)

Represented plaintiff in a Hatch-Waxman case regarding pharmaceutical product. The case settled favorably after a bench trial(D. N.J.)

Represented a fashion client in a patent infringement action relating to smartphone cases. CardShark LLC v. Kate Spade (E.D.N.Y.)

Represented client in a trade dress infringement action, which resulted in a finding of infringement on summary judgment. (S.D.N.Y.)

Represented Circle Line Statue of Liberty Ferry Inc. in a trademark dispute concerning the famous CIRCLE LINE trademark. Case settled on the merits after a full trial. Circle Line Sightseeing Yachts Inc. v. Circle Line Statue of Liberty Ferry Inc. (S.D.N.Y.)

Represented registrant car manufacturer in a Trademark Trial and Appeal Board action. Case resolved on summary judgment in favor of car manufacturer.
