Jim focuses his practice on financial services litigation primarily representing lenders in mortgage related lawsuits.
His litigation practice also includes representing and advising lending institutions on issues involving loan workouts and foreclosures. Jim also has experience with disputed mortgage-related insurance claims as part of a $700 million dispute against multiple insurers.
Jim was an intern to the Honorable Judge Wanda G. Bryant of the Court of Appeals of North Carolina in 2006. He also was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity at Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
