David's practice concentrates on providing immigration law services for business clients, including preparing and processing applications for both non-immigrant and permanent resident visas; advising employers on compliance with immigration laws; informing businesses and individuals about visa alternatives, including visas based on investments in the United States; and guiding clients through the naturalization process.
Nonimmigrant Visas – David has obtained the entire range of nonimmigrant work visas – including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, E-2, TN, O-1, J, P-1, R1 – for employees, executives, managers and investors, and assisted clients in visa processings at U.S. consulates around the world.
Employment-Based Permanent Resident Visas - David has handled permanent resident or "green card" applications in all employment-based categories, including persons of extraordinary ability in business, education, sciences, arts and athletics; outstanding professors and researchers; managers and executives of multinational companies; persons of exceptional ability; professional workers; and skilled and unskilled workers.
I-9 and Immigration Compliance – David has trained and advised human resource professionals and in-house attorneys on all aspects of I-9 and immigration law compliance; audited company I-9 records; and represented companies in investigations of I-9, immigration-related discrimination charges and related issues by the Departments of Homeland Security, Labor and Justice.
