Cyrus focuses on assisting clients in commercial litigation, and financial services and security enforcement litigation.

Cyrus earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Cyrus participated in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and was the executive articles editor for the Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class. Prior to pursuing his legal education, Cyrus served for nine years in the United States Marine Corps.
