Zachary D. Jungers Associate

Zac represents borrowers, developers, underwriters, issuers and lenders in a range of transactions involving tax-exempt bonds, conventional debt, commercial contracts and governmental incentives, often in the context of nonrecourse project financings.

His experience includes project finance, private activity bond issuances, solid waste, biogas and waste-to-energy projects involving landfills, farm complexes and municipal waste-processing facilities (including the related commercial agreements for supply, offtake, ground leasing, etc.), infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (P3), rural tax credits (state agribusiness growth programs), monetization of tax increment finance (TIF) incentives for developers, bond-for-title tax abatements, utility energy savings programs, green bonds, PACE financing and economic development.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Zac worked in various commercial and financial roles for a large producer of primary aluminum, both in the Middle East and in the United States.
