Dawson focuses his practice on debt finance, representing both financial institutions and borrowers in various transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisitions, and asset-based lending.
Dawson graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2024 with a concentration in Tax Law. While at Pitt, he served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Contracts, Property, and the Legal Analysis and Writing program. Additionally, Dawson received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Procedure, Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, Estates and Trusts, and International Tax.
