Ewelina Kemp Associate

Ewelina focuses her practice on corporate and private equity transactions. She represents public and privately-held companies, private equity funds, and institutional investors across multiple industries in a wide range of transactional matters, including platform and add-on acquisitions, mergers, equity investments, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters.

Ewelina received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was actively involved with the Pittsburgh Tax Review as a managing editor and the Pennsylvania Superior Court as a judicial intern. She received her LLM in Comparative Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Master of Laws from Adam Mickiewicz University.
