She has extensive experience advising lenders, hedge counterparties, borrowers and private equity funds on complex cross-border transactions in Europe and the United States, including bond offerings, asset-based financings, projects, derivatives, restructurings, and M&A transactions.

Advised a NASDAQ-listed company on its 144A debt offering and its general corporate, maritime and charterparty documentation.
Advised a major private equity fund with respect to the financing of certain portfolio companies.
Advised a major global aluminum company on the refinancing of its acquisition facilities agreement and certain European subsidiaries in respect of cash management arrangements and operational aspects of its receivables financing arrangements.
Advised a major plc on the financing transactions relating to the acquisition of various leasing businesses.
Advised various companies in respect of its receivables financing agreements under New York law and the cross-border aspects of the financing.
