Sam represents clients in both commercial real estate and corporate finance transactions.

He advises clients regarding the purchase, sale and lease of office buildings, retail centers and other commercial properties.  Additionally, Sam negotiates design and construction contracts and related agreements for a variety of development projects.  He also assists clients engaged in public-private partnerships and renewable energy projects.

Sam’s finance practice includes working with both corporate borrowers and institutional lenders.  Sam serves clients engaged in asset-based loans, loan syndications, revolving credit facilities, and M&A financings.
