Jennifer focuses her practice on government investigations and white collar defense litigation. Her practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and individuals, including underwriters, brokers, and investment advisers, in SEC and FINRA investigations. She has also represented clients in government contract matters, including bid protests and regulatory compliance.
Jennifer joins McGuireWoods as a graduate from the University of Virginia School of Law. During her time there, she was an articles editor for the Virginia Tax Review and a member of UVA’s mock trial team.
