Jennifer is a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Litigation practice. Her practice focuses on criminal and civil investigations, including in the financial services, government contracting, aviation, and accounting industries.
Jennifer joins McGuireWoods as a graduate from the University of Virginia School of Law. During her time there, she was an articles editor for the Virginia Tax Review and a member of UVA’s mock trial team.
Advising financial institutions on government investigations and white collar defense litigation.
Drafted a global summary over new issue municipal bonds transactions and provided legal research and analysis on the implications of those transactions.
