Kendall focuses her practice on M&A, securities, and other corporate matters.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Kendall received her BA in English from the University of Delaware and her JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law. While at Washington and Lee, Kendall served as Symposium Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. Upon graduating, she received the Frederic L. Kirgis, Jr., International Law Award for demonstrated excellence in international law. She was also recognized for her public service contributions.
