Ryan focuses his practice on debt finance transactions. He represents arrangers, lenders, sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other borrowers in a variety of finance transactions including acquisition financings, syndicated loans and other leveraged financings.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Ryan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stacey L. Meisel of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
