Sarah Bosse Martin Associate

Sarah practices corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. She also advises clients on general corporate matters, and has previous experience advising clients on bank regulatory matters.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Sarah practiced law at a large international law firm and multinational financial institution, both in New York City.
