Sarah Bosse Martin Associate

Sarah practices corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. She also advises clients on general corporate matters, and has previous experience advising clients on bank regulatory matters.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Sarah practiced law at a large international law firm and multinational financial institution, both in New York City.

Representation of Park Sterling Corp. (Nasdaq: PSTB), a Charlotte, NC-based community bank, in its $691 million merger with South State Corp., a Columbia, SC-based bank holding company.

Representation of an Ireland-based aircraft leasing company in its $561 million acquisition of a portfolio of 29 commercial aircraft operating in 17 countries. 

Representation of SPX Corp. (NYSE: SPXC), a global supplier of highly engineered products and technology, in its $189 million acquisition of CUES, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pipeline inspection and rehabilitation equipment, from ELXSI Corp.

Representation of WJ Partners, a South Carolina-based private equity firm, in its sale of Mobile Communications of America, a leading provider of two-way radio solutions, to Sentinel Capital Partners, a New York- based private equity firm.
