Sean’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and antitrust litigation matters.

Sean served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.

Sean earned his law degree, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he was executive editor of Law and Contemporary Problems, managing editor of the Duke Forum for Law & Social Change, and a research assistant for Professor Rachel Brewster.

Sean received his undergraduate degree, with General and Special (Departmental) Honors, from the University of Chicago, and was awarded the Charles M. Gray Fellowship for his research on post-Soviet Cuban private property rights.
