Jacob serves as an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use practice in the Los Angeles Century City office of McGuireWoods. His practice primarily focuses on the representation of institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including the origination and sale of loans under both the Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac seller/servicer programs. Jacob has experience with real estate loans secured by all asset classes including retail, office, hotel, and industrial use.
Prior to attending law school, Jacob worked at a major domestic financial institution where he structured acquisition and development loans, bridge loans, and other secured and unsecured credit facilities.
