Jeanne E. Noonan Associate

Jeanne Noonan is a commercial litigator with experience handling contract, tort, products liability, transportation, and maritime disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeanne was an attorney at a Norfolk-based boutique maritime litigation law firm, where she focused her practice on admiralty and maritime issues, including Jones Act and LHWCA defense, marine terminal liability defense, contract disputes, and marine insurance defense.

Jeanne also served as an attorney advisor and law clerk to the Administrative Law Judges of the U.S. Department of Labor. While earning her law degree, Jeanne served on the Moot Court Executive Board, and her team received the Best Petitioner’s Brief Award and won the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition.
