Adrienne focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling.
She represents employers with respect to work place issues and focuses on claims and actions arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She also advises employers regarding employment agreements, employee discipline and termination, handbooks and workplace policies, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
