Autumn’s practice is focused on financial services litigation. She represents large financial institutions in state and federal court primarily concentrating on mortgage related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Autumn represented industrial and transportation clients in toxic tort, products liability, and other complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. She has aided clients through all aspects of litigation including discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and resolution. Prior to becoming a litigator, Autumn handled compliance issues arising under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act in general liability and workers’ compensation matters.
Autumn received her law degree from Duquesne University where she was a member of the nationally recognized trial advocacy team and was selected to the Order of the Barristers. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh where she graduated summa cum laude.
