Michael’s practice focuses on debt finance transactions, predominantly in the real estate and healthcare sectors. He has experience structuring and documenting a variety of secured and unsecured loan facilities, lines of credit, asset-based financings, and construction and real estate loans.
In addition, Michael has experience in a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposition, financing and zoning. He has also represented companies in corporate transactions and general governance issues.
