Britt focuses his practice on providing effective solutions for clients with issues concerning debtor-creditor, restructuring, insolvency and other related matters, whether in-court or out-of-court.

Britt Ricks is on the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency team where he serves clients in transactional matters, such as credit facility workouts, and litigation matters, such as proceedings pending before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Britt has experience assisting clients with needs related to the lending, healthcare, transportation and dining industries, among others. In all cases, Britt is committed to being an attentive and effective counsel for his clients.
