Ethan focuses his practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in various finance transactions, including corporate lending matters, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, and syndicated finance transactions.
Ethan received his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a notes editor on the managing board for the Georgia Law Review, a member of the Georgia Law Negotiations Team, and earned membership in the Order of the Coif. Ethan received his BA with a double major in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University, where he was a member of the men’s varsity baseball team.
