Alex focuses her practice in the areas of insolvency and restructuring, in which she represents a wide range of clients in all stages of bankruptcy, restructuring, and workout matters. Her clients include leading financial institutions as administrative agents and major lenders to companies experiencing financial distress, creditors (including global health care and energy companies), contract counterparties, investors, liquidating trustees, and other interested parties. She routinely handles distressed and healthy syndicated credit facilities, as well as a variety of other lending and general restructuring matters, including acquisition financing.
