Emily focuses her legal practice on government investigations.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Emily was an analyst with the U.S. Department of the Treasury Departmental Offices, the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, FERC, and the FDIC where her work ranged from reviewing economic models and market-based rate filings to bank surveys and program management.
