Fredericka J. Sowers Counsel

Ericka handles intellectual property matters across a variety of technical areas, including hardware, software, signal processing, and mobile phone technology.

She focuses her practice on patent litigation, including both district court litigation and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Ericka’s technical background compliments her litigation experience. She is a registered patent attorney with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to her litigation practice, Ericka assists clients in negotiating commercial and technology transactions.
