Kerri represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including wage and hour class, collective and representative actions, and state and federal litigation of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and leave and accommodation claims.
She has experience defending administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Labor Commissioner. She counsels employers regarding separation agreements, employee handbooks, employee discipline, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Kerri earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as senior editor and lead article editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. Kerri graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Global Studies.
