Michael P. Tydir Associate

Michael focuses his practice on representing lenders and agents in various cash flow and asset-based lending debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance and syndicated finance transactions.

Michael graduated with honors from the Emory University School of Law where he obtained his JD and Certificate in Transactional Law and Skills. While at Emory, he served as president of the Banking and Financial Institutions Law Society and held a legal externship with The Home Depot. Michael received his BSBA, cum laude, with a double major in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Central Florida.
