Jonathan M. Warren Associate

Jon’s practice focuses on labor and employment law. He represents employers in disputes before federal and state courts and agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB. Jon also represents employers in trade secret, restrictive covenant, and other breach of contract and business tort matters.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, he clerked for the Honorable Willie J. Epps, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Honorable J. Michelle Childs of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
