Daniel C. Yates Associate

Danny is a litigator in the firm’s Richmond office. His practice currently focuses on antitrust litigation, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Danny served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from 2017-2018 and to the Honorable Donald W. Lemons, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia from 2015-2017.

During law school, Danny served as a teaching assistant for a first-year legal writing course and also completed a judicial internship with the Honorable David J. Novak, United States Magistrate Judge of the Eastern District of Virginia.
