Joseph K. Yarsky Associate

Joseph focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on matters involving the pharmaceutical industry. He has experience representing small molecule drug manufacturers at various stages of Hatch-Waxman litigation.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Joseph was an associate at a New York-based intellectual property litigation boutique. During law school he served as a note editor for the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review.

Before entering the legal profession, Joseph served as a Teach For America corps member teaching high school general science.
