“The judges are all trying to make it business as usual as much as possible,” Sieg said.
Thompson, who along with Sieg is a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Response Team, said bankruptcy lawyers already are familiar with having to move cases through the courts rapidly and having to be adaptable.
“I think all the parties are going to have to end up being more flexible,” he said. “We have become accustomed to flexibility. . . . I do think people will continue in that spirit.”
