Kelsey focuses her practice on corporate transactions. She represents private equity funds, independent sponsors, and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. Her experience extends across diverse industries, including healthcare and food and beverage.
Kelsey graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kelsey obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she was named to the dean’s list.

- Representation of NCK Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, a leading provider of cosmetology, esthetics and barbering education in the Midwest.
- Representation of the leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs in its add-on acquisition of a leader in early comprehensive behavioral treatment.
- Representation of the leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs in its add-on acquisition of a provider of mental health services.
- Participated in representation of an investment firm in sale of equity.
- Participated in representation of buyer in leveraged buyout of an apparel company.
- Participated in representation of buyer in asset acquisition of health care software and data analysis business.
- Participated in representation of dental practice management company in asset acquisition of dental practice.
- Participated in representation of laboratory in sale of assets.
