Xaviera focuses her practice on corporate and private equity transactions.
Xaviera received her law degree from Yale Law School, where she served as Editor-In-Chief of the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism, Scholarship Chair of YLW+ (formerly Yale Law Women) and a board officer of the Black Law Student Association. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, where she was a student recruiter for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
