9th Annual Environmental & Energy Issues Symposium

The firm hosted its Ninth Annual Environmental and Energy Symposium in Washington, D.C., on May 6, drawing record attendance from the utility, manufacturing, energy services, industry consulting, and regulatory fields. This year’s focus was on upcoming climate change legislation, its implications, and the shift in priorities induced by the Obama Administration. Partner Jim Kerr (Energy and Utilities, Raleigh) chaired the event, bringing to the group his years of experience as an energy lawyer and state regulator.
