Eva C. Boratto’s extensive financial background spans more than three decades and includes numerous senior-level positions in the retail, managed care and pharmaceutical industries. As EVP and CFO for CVS Health, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial strategy and operations. She first joined the company in 2010 as senior vice president of finance for Caremark. Before that, she served in a number of executive positions at Merck & Co., Inc., an international pharmaceutical company.
