OFCCP’s New Scheduling Letter, PDN Rule, and Other Enforcement Trends

On Aug. 25, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that the federal Office of Management and Budget had approved a new version of OFCCP’s scheduling letter and itemized listing. This is on top of the new predetermination notice rule OFCCP issued on Aug. 4 and other ongoing controversial enforcement practices employed during audits.
