On October 14-16 partner Kathleen Dooley was a faculty member of this year’s Life Sciences Law Institute in Washington, DC. This program, sponsored by the American Health Lawyers Association and supported by AdvaMed, BIO, and PhRMA, explored many of the legal issues of importance to device, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as the providers and plans that interact with them.
