Partner Tom Spahn presented “The Ethics of E-mail” to the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) on Dec. 14, 2010, in New York City. He explored unique and quickly evolving issues involving lawyers’ use of electronic communications and documents. He was asked to present after LSTA members heard him speak at McGuireWoods’ ethics program earlier this year in New York. More than 80 LSTA members attended the presentation, which was also offered as a webinar.
