McGuireWoods human resources manager Todd Noebel, who manages the firm’s paralegal program, gave two presentations at the 27th International Paralegal Management Association (IPMA) Annual Conference & Expo, held Oct. 12-15 at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center in Boston.
One presentation, titled “Competency Modeling for Talent Management: When How + What = Success,” focused on tying together the skills, knowledge, behaviors and other characteristics that are important for organizational success, personal performance and enhanced contribution.
The other was “We’re From HR & We’re Here to Help … No Really!” This presentation was designed to help managers learn how to partner more effectively with their HR representatives.
